Block cutting machines cut concrete, AAC and masonry blocks precisely to size on site, letting masons fit courses around openings, corners and services without hand-chiselling or over-ordering full blocks. They are used daily on blockwork and partition-wall packages to trim blocks for door and window reveals, control joints and course-height adjustments. A dedicated block saw gives a cleaner, straighter cut than an angle grinder, which speeds up masonry productivity and reduces block wastage on site.
