By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
This website is provided for the purpose of showcasing our products, services, rentals, and company information, and for submitting enquiries and quote requests. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, this website by any third party.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product, service, and rental descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing indications displayed on this website are accurate and up to date. However, specifications may change, and availability of specific equipment models is not guaranteed until confirmed in writing. Any pricing shown on the website is indicative only; final pricing for sales, rentals, and services is confirmed via a formal quotation.
Submitting an enquiry or lead form through this website does not constitute a binding order. A binding agreement for the sale, rental, or service is only formed once we issue a formal quotation or purchase/rental agreement and it is accepted in writing by both parties.
All equipment rentals are subject to a separate rental agreement specifying the rental period, rates, delivery/collection terms, maintenance responsibilities, and liability for loss or damage during the rental period. Rented equipment remains the property of Sparkline Group at all times and must be used in accordance with the manufacturer's safety guidelines and any instructions provided by us.
Refractory construction, mechanical installation, and related industrial services are carried out in accordance with a signed scope of work or service agreement, applicable UAE safety regulations, and any site-specific health and safety requirements of the client's facility.
Payment terms for sales, rentals, and services are set out in the relevant quotation, invoice, or contract. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, amounts are payable in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are subject to any applicable UAE taxes, including VAT.
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and the Sparkline Group name and branding — is the property of Sparkline Group or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted under UAE law, Sparkline Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or reliance on information published on it. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law, including liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
Products sold and equipment rented by Sparkline Group are covered by the manufacturer's warranty (where applicable) and any additional warranty terms specified in the relevant sales or rental agreement. Services are performed to the standard of care agreed in the relevant service contract.
These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.
